In this role you will get to support Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) in programmatic aspects of international testing, deployment and operational support of ballistic missile defense products. What You'll Be Doing: Assist with definition of the Ballistic Missile Defense System and BC program objectives development and approval processes, to support vertical and horizontal integration, bi-directional information/communications exchange, and across the internal/external stakeholders to C2BMC Promote integration and synchronization of information internally within their element and externally across the program office to ensure appropriate cross-program and cross-baseline integration. Participate in DoD budget planning and execution development of inputs supporting program 1-N budget listings, decomposition of current year funding allocation into detailed spend plans. Execute real-time status for obligations and expenditures against approved spend plans. Evaluate cost estimation activities to include collecting the appropriate data required to support cost estimation. (Detailed description of the requirement, Statement of Work, Crosswalk to Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Scheduling issues (timing for delivery of capability and potential impact on other work)). Analyze Earned Value Management to support MDA/BCX leadership. What Required Skills You'll Bring: B.S. degree and 7 years’ experience in contracting and business administration Active Secret Clearance Proficiency in program acquisitions and budget execution processes Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Missile Defense Systems, MDA C2BMC program, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment Ability to apply organizational and acquisitions knowledge to support program operations Competency to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, and Sub-Contractors What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Proficient in Microsoft products Word, PowerPoint, and Excel MDA or military experience Familiarity with MDA/Government acquisitions and/or engineering processes Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
